• Expense reimbursements are limited to travel to and from Los Angeles, hotel, parking at your home airport, local transportation, and meals.
• Reservations and bookings are the responsibility of each attendee.
• First class airfare and alcohol will not be reimbursed.
• Original receipts and airline boarding passes must be provided in order to receive reimbursement.
